Ontbijt (brood, croissant, fruit, yoghurt, beleg, omelet, prima dus) Mooi, sfeervol en karakteristiek; keukentje, met koelkast en koffie en thee faciliteiten, gootsteen, geen mogelijk tot koken, restaurant om de hoek. Mooie badkamer, en apart ruim slaapvertrek, terras (patio) Alles is schoon en ruim. Prima en vriendelijke communicatie met de eigenaar, tijd van inchekken in overleg. Tram op 5 min. lopen, vervoersbewijs bij B&B verkrijgbaar, rit is ca. 12 min tot in centrum. Parkeren in de straat, €2,70 per dag. Mooi park op 3 min. Aanrader, volgende keer weer. Gewoon doen dus!!"

Beautiful, atmospheric and characteristic; kitchenette, with fridge and coffee and tea making facilities, sink, no cooking facilities, restaurant around the corner. Nice bathroom, and separate spacious bedroom, terrace (patio) Everything is clean and spacious. Excellent and friendly communication with the owner, time of check-in in consultation. Tram 5 minutes walk, ticket available at B&B, ride is approx. Parking in the street, € 2.70 per day. Beautiful park at 3 min. Recommended again next time. So just do it !!"

"Deze B&B is een juweeltje. De bijzonder stijlvol ingerichte en deels in oude staat herstelde accomodatie is een absolute aanrader en voelt direct als een "thuis". Marco is een warme en vriendelijke host, we hebben ons van aankomst tot vertrek zeer welkom gevoeld. Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid en smakelijk en zag er zeer verzorgd uit. De B&B ligt aan een rustige straat en is centraal gelegen, het openbaar vervoer is op enkele minuten lopen afstand."

"Prima luxe B&B op goede locatie. De gehele benedenverdieping met veranda, tuintje en terras staat ter beschikking van de logés. Het is een authentiek herenhuis (vroeger bezit van een diamantair) met aangename inrichting met smaak en respect voor de originele inrichting met modern comfort. In de keukenhoek is alles beschikbaar voor een koffie, een frisdrank, zelfs een microwave. Kortom, alles wat je nodig kan hebben. De uitbater is super vriendelijk en bescheiden. Alleen de televisie, voor zover je die nodig hebt, moet je aan de praat krijgen (deze zou wel een ietsje groter mogen zijn). De locatie in Deurne, vlak bij het Provinciaal Domein Rivierenhof (met het OLT) is ideaal voor een rustige wandeling. Indien je naar 'het stad' wil, gewoon even de tramlijn 10 nemen, en je bent zo in het centrum van Antwerpen. Zonder meer een super aanrader !"
"Great luxury B&B in a good location. The entire ground floor with veranda, garden and terrace is available to the guests. It is an authentic mansion (formerly owned by a diamond merchant) with pleasant furnishings with taste and respect for the original furnishings with modern comfort. In the kitchen corner everything is available for a coffee, a soft drink, even a microwave. In short, everything you could need. The manager is super friendly and humble. Only the television, if you need it, you have to get it working (it could be a bit bigger).The location in Deurne, close to the Provinciaal Domein Rivierenhof (with the OLT) is ideal for a quiet walk. If you want to go to 'the city', just take the tram line 10, and you are in the center of Antwerp in no time. Without a doubt a super recommendation!"

"We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij intermezzo. De eigenaars zijn vriendelijk En verzorgde een heerlijk ontbijt! Ook konden ze ons goed op weg helpen hoe we het makkelijkste met het openbaar vervoer naar het centrum konden gaan . De b&b bevind zich net buiten het centrum hierdoor is het hier een rustig omgeving ! Comfortable bedden. We hebben genoten van Antwerpen!"

"I stayed at Marco's place for two months while on a summer research exchange. For such a long term stay, I needed a place that would feel like home and Marco's place quickly filled this need. The place is located right next to a beautiful park, within walking distance of groceries, and about 25 minutes of transit to the center of the city. This location makes it the perfect balance between being a launching point for exploring central Antwerp and for escaping from the bustle of the city with a quiet walk in nature. The guest room is on the ground floor and is composed of a large bedroom and a beautiful sunroom with a sitting area with kitchen amenities (a sink, a mini-fridge, and a small table). I quickly fell in love with the house after waking up from a jet-lagged nap on the couch and looking up to see mesmerizing swirls of rainwater falling against the glass skylight above. From the glass of fresh orange juice every morning to a personal bike tour of the city, to invitations to dinner once a week, Marco and Alex took every pain to be excellent hosts and excelled in providing the small touches that go a long way in making a place feel like home. They even accommodated extraordinary requests that came up over the duration of my long stay. They agreed to host my parents for a week. When I lost my luggage on a train ride, they helped me locate and recover my lost belongings. Without their perseverance, I would have never been able to navigate the Kafka-esque bureaucracy of the Belgian railway. During my stay, they even advised me on my proposal to my girlfriend while in Belgium. Their support made for an unforgettable trip to Belgium. I would absolutely recommend Marco's place to anyone visiting Antwerp. I could not have asked for better hosts, a better living environment, or better friends in times of need."
